Who we are
This website, derekcondon.ca, is operated by Derek Condon, CFP®, an independent financial planner based in Manitoba, Canada, with Haven Wealth Management Ltd. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact derek@investwithhaven.com.
The calculators collect nothing
The compound growth calculator, financial wellbeing score, mortgage affordability calculator and risk tolerance assessment run entirely in your web browser. The numbers and answers you enter are never sent to us or anyone else, and they are not saved once you leave the page.
Information you choose to send
If you use the contact form, email or call, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and questions about your situation. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service. We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Booking a call
If you book a Fit Call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter, such as your name, email and any notes, to confirm the booking, send reminders and add it to my calendar. Cal.com has its own privacy policy, which applies to the information it processes.
Hosting and site analytics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser may store small technical files needed for the site to load properly.
Links to other websites
Links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so we encourage you to review their policies.
How we protect and keep information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information you send us, and we keep it only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, or meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact us at the email above and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
